For a long time we used wooden skis only for our own leisure time and it never occurred to us that wooden skis could completely replace our modern ski equipment. Only during larger winter expeditions did we find out that the skis of our production have something that modern ones do not have and that they can fully replace them! They combine the unique personality and beauty of natural materials, which also brings absolute simplicity and functionality. There is nothing worse than when you want to enjoy winter expeditions and you have to solve a problem with high-tech equipment.

Ash skis are light and very flexible. With them you will manage a classic cross-country hike, expedition, ski mountaineering, skiing in open terrain and on the slopes. You can use them for sports, but also for work, such as gamekeepers or conservationists, who order tailor-made skis from us so that they can quietly and comfortably manage their winter area with them. Not everyone can and wants to have hard and heavy plastic shoes on their feet. In contrast, a leather shoe is lighter, more comfortable, more usable for many activities and also safer. And a wooden ski is ideal for a leather boot.

Another important factor that has been especially taken into account recently is ecology. And ash skis are best destined for hikes off the ironed cross-country trails and downhill off the icy slopes full of people. Therefore, minimally affected by human activity. And what does a modern, colorful skier with plastic equipment look like in such a place? At least inappropriately. In contrast, wooden skis are actually among your own and the skier can feel a sense of belonging to the surrounding nature. Our skis are all-wood, ie 100% natural. And thanks to the fact that we don't even use metal edges, they are more gentle on small trees and shrubs hidden under the snow. So in short, ash skis are an ideal sports equipment for winter nature. And given that more and more people are trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and the human bustle, this ski certainly has its potential. It is an absolutely simple and reliable ski ideal for backcountry skiing, freeride, ski tours and other possible and impossible antics with a touch of uniqueness. On our skis, you will never be one of the millions who traverse the mountains of the whole world in colorful jackets, but an inconspicuous original individual who deserves a little admiration.
